Christmas fair success

Our joint Christmas Fair between the Parish and St Gregory's School was a huge success.  Father Christmas arrived just after the fair opened at 12 noon and he was greeting children in his Winter Wonderland.

For the entire 2 hours of the fair the school was packed as our Parish and school families enjoyed stalls old and new.  There was an entire classroom devoted to entertaining the children as well as lovely Christmas Eve boxes containing reindeer food (and more) for the children.  Turkey butties were enjoyed by many and there were the usual fabulous cakes to sample.

The fair ended with an auction which was fast and furious at times with many people getting bargains!

A huge thank you to Liz and Loraine for organising this event, the proceeds of which will be divided 50:50 between the Parish and the school.

And to all the stall holders, everyone who donated gifts, got the school ready, helped serve the food and to those who came to support this great event - THANKYOU!
